Are new DXs coming preinstalled with Froyo?

So I saw a youtube video where the poster shows froyo running on his X that was a replacement. I also saw someone on these forums state that they were getting a replacement X which will be coming with Froyo preinstallesd.

So are new Xs coming with Froyo preinstalled? ALSO, will verizon send me a new X if i complain about the battery? I bought it at the store so i want to know if they will do so over the phone (my battery last 5 to 6 hours tops).

Forgot to add this to my original post: Does surfing the web cause a big drain on battery? I use my phone mainly for that and i am not exaggerating when i say that i am web browsing on this thing almost every moment that im on it. Id like to know if this is the reason why my battery dies so quickly instead of rushing to get a replacement.

No on the devices with Froyo, only ones with Froyo are the leaked version. And are you using wifi or 3g when browsing? I don't use much browser but when I do I can see a difference in battery going down quicker.

I primarily use 3g when im browsing. Even when at home where i actually have wifi i just don't think to turn it on. I assume 3g kills the battery faster?

I only mention the Froyo thing because the kid in the video claimed his came stock on his replacement device. I was highly skeptical as well.

I recieved my DX on 9/1/10 and 2.1 version came on the new phone.

Yes web browsing seems to be the largest battery killer for me. Use wifi when you can, from what i've been told 3g browsing is a battery killer.
