Are there different memory areas?

I have Home++. When I look at the "running services" it gives me a total count at the bottom.

Can someone decipher this for me please?

Avail: 12MB + 53MB in 13
Other: 43MB in 3

what are 13 & 3?
do I have 12 left of one type, and 53 left of another?

I just don't get it.
