Astro and backing up

I can't seem to find any instructions for the Astro file manager. I want to back up Beautiful Widgets, but I don't know where that's stored. Searches tell me what Astro can do, but not exactly how to.

In Astro, go to settings, choose Tools, and then App Manager/Backup. Choose the apps to backup and click backup.

I don't have "settings" as an option in astro.

open Astro, click 'menu' button, then click on "Tools".... you'll see Application Manager/Backup
