Attachments 2.5.7

All of a sudden I can't send attachment via messages. Not real savy on this wat should I try? Droid 2 running Fission 2.5.7 black with Gingerbread.

I haven't heard of this problem on the D2, but I used to have an LG Ally and it had this problem when the SD card was too full or it ran out of memory. I'd check how much free space you have.
