automatically deodex and install theme with simple zip??

So I found a post earlier on the xda developers forum

it seems this will help quite a bit of people, the link below provides a .zip file you can simply install and it will deodex/ install the black glass theme

my question is were do I put this .zip file to install??

should go on the root of your sdcard then use the bootstrap to install.
