Automatically remind for birthdays?

Is it possible to set all of my bdays in my contacts to auto remind a certain time out? You can put birthdays in GMail contacts but they don't seem to serve a purpose other than reference because they aren't auto-integrated with the calendar.

in the Google calender, on the left side menu click on add other calender. You can then select "Contacts Birthdays" and it will then reflect in your calender.

Then for me I use Pure Calender and select "Birthdays" under calenders to link.

BAM!

I'm trying to do this, too. I have the birthdays app, but I can't seem to link it w/ the calendar. It's showing up in my contacts, but not the calendar. I'm also using the S2 calendar widget.

It's there... go into a full-screen google calendar and

look at My Calendars... look below and see "Other Calendars". Select "settings", then "Browse interesting calendars", select the the "More" tab... voila... "Contacts, Birthdays and Events"

First off, not sure if you're talking about on the phone or in GMail, but in either case I don't see it. I don't see a calendar option anywhere in GMail and if I hit My Calendars in the phone it shows my one GMail account, but I don't see anything that says "other calendars". The only menu option on the phone is Add, which the add button is grayed out.

If you're talking about GMail I really have no clue. I just started using GMail consistently about two months ago tbh and only for email.

My question now is, how do I set up notifications? My regular calendar has notification options but the calendars I selected don't. Also, will GMail auto push these to my phone?

Ok, I know that I'm talking to myself. Anyhow...

I added three calendars via Google:

- Contact BDays
- US Holidays
- NHL Pittsburgh Penguins (schedule)

The first two are showing up when I "add" calendars to the Phone calendar, but not the Penguins' schedule.

Log into your GMail account. In the upper left hand corner (I was just looking in the left hand column) is a link that says Calendar. From there you should be ok.
