Avast surviving ics update on Maxx

Just a quick question and im not sure if I should direct it to Avast or not. I installed Avast and gave it full permissions(running unrooted) and im not sure if its going to survive the ics update or if ill haveta reinstall. Im still new to droid phones in general.
