Back up assistant

I kinda lost mine when I flashed to Liberty and sorta then kinda lost the back up. I learned my lesson to read All the directions first though!
How do I get my contacts back to my phone? They are not popping back up from my gmail contacts

oops! If you had backup assistant then they would still be on your my verizon website, after you get them, export them to a csv file, then to gmail, but also save a copy of the csv file on your sd card just incase. But if you did export them to gmail already, go into accounts & sync, tap your gmail account, and check the contacts box.

Thanks! Though, when I try to use the sync in my settings, I still get nada guess is just need to do it the slightly longer way

Ok on a side note I got my contacts going woo hoo! Though now my keyboard lost its light. I think I am the exact person that shouldn't be trying to root their phone
