Back up my settings

Under the Privacy option, there is a "Back up my settings". What exactly is backed up and where is it backed up too?

I use Astro for app backup, but am trying to find something for my bookmarks backup.

Well I stand behind rogcontact and his software.

I used it on my TMobile G1 and now on my DROID and its an amazing piece of software. I flashed TONS of custom ROMs on my G1 and in 15 minutes I restored everything and was back to exactly where I was before the flash.

Like I said I have used their software on my G1 and its an absolutely stellar piece of software. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good backup solution for their Android device.
