I have pictures I want to set for my back ground is there any way I can use the entire picture instead of it zooming in?

Grab the corners of that orange zoom box and you will have to zoom out. Drag it out to fit your picture.

I think he's talking about how even if you zoom all the way out, it still cuts out part of the picture. I encountered this problem everytime I placed a background on my phone, and I tried to find ways around it but I was unsuccessful.
