Backup Applications etc. for new phone swap.

Hi,

Can someone suggest a good backup program for the android for doing a device swap?

I will be getting a replacement (going from droid 3 to droid 4).

I have gathered quite a few applications and would like to keep them for the new device and not have to re-down load everything.

Please let me know of any apps which may assist in doing this.
