Backup Assistance Dependencies?

The last couple days backup assistant keeping showing an orange explanation point in my notifications. When I manually try to sync, I get a failure message and that I should contact verizon.

I don't even really want it, I'm just tired of seeing this stupid notification.

I really wish there was a way to disable Backup Assistant completely, it's a piece of ****.

It's a possibility that I broke it by disabling certain .apks.. does anyone know which ones it depends on?
