Backup Settings

Any suggestions on a free app that'll backup system settings?

There was one that I tried, but it bugged the system out, when i tried to do a restore, forgot the name. What i mean by bugged it out, was that there was certain settings that I could change and they would switch back without me wanting them to. Or the settings i set didn't stay.
