Backup the sdcard and sd-ext directories?

So might Droid Bionic users... I was thinking about this the other day when my SD card on my phone died(grr.. lucky for me I had a week old backup!).

I plug my phone into my laptop every night when I go to bed to let it charge. Are there any apps out there that can do a backup of your phone(/sd-ext and /sdcard) when the phone is plugged into the computer? I figured by now someone would have invented one but some searching has come up empty handed.

The other option I guess would be a program that would let you backup the /sdcard and /sd-ext over wireless LAN using Windows shares or FTP. FTP would be my last option because it does not have any protection from corrupted network packets.

Thanks!

Just wanted to provide an update..

Tried a few programs but the best one I found is called FolderSync. There is a free and paid version. The only difference is the paid version supports automated folder syncing on a schedule of your choosing. I paid for it since the program is extremly versatile. It supports SkyDrive, Dropbox, SugarSync, Ubuntu One, Box.net, LiveDrive, HiDrive, Google Docs, NetDocuments, Amazon S3, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, WebDAV and SMB(Windows Shares).

I just setup a Windows Share for my phone to access and setup FolderSync to sync /mnt/sdcard and /mnt/sd-ext daily and now I have an automatic backup over wifi every night.
