Bad Antenna?

My mom has owned the Droid Incredible and she has terrible reception everywhere. We even have a network extender from verizon in our house. My phone: 4 bars, hers: 2 bars and consistently dropped calls. Does the Incredible have terrible antennas, or is is time for her to yell at verizon tech support to give her a free new phone?

i feel you on the signal issue, iv had 6 incredible phones all with poor singnal or call quality. i put mine next to a droid x and the droid x had 5 bars while mine had 0. iv called about this and i get the same old tune, they have never heard of this. as soon as i can imma buy one off ebay and use this as a paper weight.
