bad apps

I need a little help. Maybe up two 4 times a day I find extra apparently on my screens usually home screen but others to what is this from? I don't open them just send to trash then 3 hrs later there's another help please

You have an app installed that is doing it. Kill your currently running apps and see if it stops. You'll need to isolate the culprit and delete it.
