Barcode Scanner 2d/QR Question

I've been searching for awhile now and can't find any answers.

I am wondering if there is a barcode scanner that can read QR while I'm viewing a webpage. For example, I am browsing on my Droid X and want to scan a QR code for a link.

Seems to me that I would need two phones to do this?

You cant scan a QR on the same phones screen. Period.
