Battery drop from 100% to 90%

So my phone had a random reboot (one of probably 15 since update) and it was fully charged, on the charger in car.. battery was at 100% prior to reboot, and 90% after coming back up. Funny thing was it was connected to the charger the entire time. I'm getting really annoyed with the reboot problems, and hope they get it sorted out....fast!

Have you done a factory reset? This has been successful for many people.

How long was your battery fully charged? I think you may have been trickle charging, which just maintains the battery at 90-99%, never the full 100%. However, the phone does seem to use a bit more energy during a boot up than it should.

actually before doing a factory reset, I would first power down the device and take the battery out for 30 seconds then re-seed it into your phone. Some times the connectors to the battery to the phone get a little funky and need to re-seeded to one another. Worked for me when I had that issue.
