Battery not fully charged

Since I flashed SC v2.9, my phone doesn't charge completely. Stops at about 95%. I've heard about a file that resets the battery stats? Or something like that? Should I do that?

maybe the rom changed the battery settings. or maybe its the battery and you might of overcharged it.
