battery problem, losing large amounts in no time

I am on the aokp ics ROM and my battery will jump from 69% to 49% with no change between. Also from 33 to 19. I have charged the phone to 100% then reset battery stats and drained it all the way.

I have two batteries and it does this for both of them....

Battery jumps on custom ROMs usually means it's time to replace your battery.
