Battery, Tether, 4.0.4 based ROM

I am looking for a ROM that has wifi tether ability, good on battery life, responsive with no lag and based on 4.0.4. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I suggest try them all. What is great for me sucks for others. And certain kernels work better with different phones and rom set ups. I have ran imm76k rooted, liquid 1.4, aokp 36, eclipse, and now currently running paranoid android. I suggest make a nandroid backup, backup apps with tibu or mybackuppro, and flash away until you find what works great for you. Enjoy your nexus.
