Battery Usage App Time Frozen

Hi guys, my battery usage app seems to be frozen. The used to update automatically telling me how long my phone has been unplugged for and the app used to show the current apps or phonecalls bluetooth wifi etc and which percent they were using the most of and those numbers would fluctuate live as well as the unplugged timer.

Now I have to hit the menu button and hit refresh to update this. Its not that big of a problem but to me, I really liked the timer updating itself rather than me pushing update. Is this a known issue or is my phone maybe corrupted? Any help would be great, thanks!

My battery useage app is broken completely. After the update I will go into the settings and to battery manager, and click on the battery to bring up my usage statistics and it will force close.
