What is the beat battery widget that doesn't eat up battery?

If you want one that goes in the notification bar, uses 0 battery, here's a simple circle one I found at XDA a while back. It's called No Root Circle Battery Meter if you want to look it up there instead of downloading directly from the Dropbox link below.
