Battery won't charge?

Hey guys I'm sure this question has been asked but my phone seems to no longer charge using it's stock wall outlet unless it's actually completely off. It says it's charging while on but seems to still lose power over time anyway and won't go above an average of 60% I'm scared my fairly new bionic that was already replaced once might be bugged and require another replacement. I'm running the current alpha miui rom not sure if that's the cause or not. Has anyone else who's using miui been experiencing this issue?

Hey i figured out it was the extensive use of the pre alpha miui rom after all. Which sucks cuz i love miui...
