Beanstown106 is already busy on his base for Beans Builds for the Galaxy S4. He has already put together a stock/rooted/deodexed rom. There really isn't much more to this rom. It is essentially just a stock build that can be flashed via recovery! This is the first Rom that has been made available for the Verizon variant of the Galaxy S4, and is hopefully the first of lots of development to come. This Rom is available in both deodexed and odexed versions. I would suggest grabbing the deodexed version since you can easily flash mods and themes over this.
