Beautiful Weather app having an issue...?

Maybe I am doing something wrong but I can only get the standard skin to work. I go through and download another but when I flip to installed skins the standard is the only one available. Obviously I am missing a step but I can't figure it out. Need some expert advice please!

Most likely Beautiful Widgets weather. Try going to the new beautiful Widgets online market and see if you can push the skins to your device (be sure to make sure you register with them first via settings in the actual app)

I am referring to beautiful widgets app. When I try to add the 4x1 weather widget I download one of the other skins but it never shows up in the installed skins section.
