Beautiful widget freezing

So i got a nex droid x the other day and put beautiful widget back onto my phone and now the weather is stuck on 82 for two days and the time was also stuck all day long until i deleted it off the home screen and put it back on the screen. Anybody else have this problem? Any fixes?

I have task killer on my phone but it doesn't kill that widget
