beautiful widgets question

it says it needs to connect to the internet to download the 960kb for the weather animations. then i click ok and it doesnt do anything.

also, i had to get a new droid, had all my .apk's backed up. reinstalled them but now they do not show up in the market as downloads so i dont get updates. hence i do not have the updated beautiful widget that id like. any ideas?

When I got my replacement Droid, the apps I had, self populated after booting the new device. Your apps are assigned to you in the market. Try deleting the apps from your device and see if the market picks them up then. A reboot may be needed, but not sure.

how should i delete them, as i just put them on by moving the .apk from my computer (where i backed them up) to my SD card and then installed them that way.
