How does one start deving? Is there a place to start? I understand just about everything I do to my phone and it would be so cool if I could design modify theme by myself to how I want it or how other people want it,

First step in becomjng a developer is to learn how to use the internet . Here are two helpful links to start with Google and Android SDK | Android Developers . You can find a lot of tutorials on how to create custom themes .
