Best backup method prior to returning to stock?

So I may need to return to stock, and need some advice as to the best backup method.
Since we can't use titanium or any of the root backups, or nandroid.
Mybackup will work, but was looking for a free solution, that will backup sms' , and everything that cane be synced with google.

Astro works great for Stock backup.

ADB would probably be the best bet.

Will either backup all SMS, email, and what not?

ADB is the debugging bridge. You can backup whatever you want. Google ADB backup.

well adb requires root... so wont do me any good when im back to stock.
I just ended up getting mybackup pro. that will backup everything and still finction on a non rooted phone
