Best buy giving 301$ gift card for bionic.

Im not sure if you had to have bought it from best buy but it says on there website that it doesn't necessarily need to be bought from them. Could anyone confirm this?

Oh sorry. Just go to the best buy website and click trade in program and then mobile phone and go pick bionic and it will say the value

It's their trade in program. $301 is legit, I'm surprised it's still that high though. Might not be much longer. Keep in mind BB also has higher full retail prices than VZW.

If the Nexus had removable storage I would totally be interested in this. But why get rid of a good thing, right?

Yep. Offered it to me awhile back as well. Some might be more picky than others, but generally speaking, yes.

Now the question is...nexus or razr. I prefer to have removable storage as well because I have alot of stuff on my sd card going way back to my og DROID days. But who doesn't love an unlocked phone....

BUT when you buy your new phone do you have to pay full retail for your new phone or can you get the nexus for $299?

Well I can't upgrade so im guessing it would be full retail, minus the 301$ card. So around 300

I am going to try and take my 5.7.893 rooted phone and trade it in. I figure all they can say is no, and I was thinking it doesn't really matter what version is on the phone, I guess they do some kind of restore. Yeah technically the phone warrenty might be void, but that doesn't change the fact that it is a working phone.

Worth a shot. I was totally going to do this until I realized the nexus cost 799$ off contract at bestbuy.
