Best Droid To Do and Memo apps

Before I convert from my Palm Centro to the HTC Thunderbolt, what are the best Task/To Do and Memo/Note apps? I use my phone a lot for listing tasks and writing & organizing notes. I know there are a lot of apps. Which are the best? I would appreciate help.

This really should be in the Apps subforum. You might want to browse/search around in there for any existing threads that might be relevant to your question.

Also, make sure you qualify what you mean by "best". It's a highly subjective word and what one considers best isn't necessarily what the next considers best. What specific features are you looking for?
