Best keyboard

I would like to know what keyboard people think is the BEST keyboard app for android.

I have tried A.I.E., Thumb Keyboard, Smart Keyboard, Ultra Keyboard, iTap, etc. It seems like each keyboard has one thing that is great but lacks in something else. Some have excellent predictors but the customizations are lacking. Others have great customizations but lack in a good predictor or dictionary. Then there are some that have close to all the features but they are just OK. When I bought iTap, I asked the dev if 24hr refund since there was no trial AND the most expensive I have seen. He said yes to the 24hr refund but also said that $5.99 is NOT the most expensive keyboard on the market. I have searched but I don't see anything more expensive.

I want a keyboard that has EVERYTHING. I cant understand why someone can't make one app with all the customizations available AND a great dictionary and predictor. I have been using Thumb keyboard, which I love, but it is missing the customizable dictionary for shortcuts, which I need. (I did ask the dev to include it but it hasn't happened yet). I am currently using Super Keyboard which is a new keyboard that I THINK Google has already removed. Its the closest I have seen to what I am looking for. I can't find the app in MY APPS, in the market itself and Ive emailed the dev and no response as to what happened to it.

I would be willing to pay $10 for a keyboard that has everything but I have yet to see one worth that much money.

Perfect keyboard here.... what I like aboot it the best is the ability to enlarge the keys so my ever increasingly fatter thumbs doesn't hit the wong key...lol. I'm sure all can do it, but I got this one working easier.

I also like how I can program in my gmail addy as I add it quite a bit to a lot of things. Also reprogrammed a smiley to forum img codes and one for forum quote codes since the / was on a different screen then the [] were.....just a pita while on tapatalk..... this helps a lot.

Swiftkey X is in my opinion the fastest way to type. I rarely ever have to type out a full word

You should give the Hackers Keyboard a try, I just left Thumb Keyboard for it. No complaints yet.

I'm going to try Hackers. The stock keyboard has become almost unworkable. I have three faotd keyboards. I've only tried SwiftKeyX. I'm not sure it didn't drain my battery. I'll check out the others mentioned, too.

I wasn't aware that people still existed that aren't using Swype?! I'm not sure if I'd know how to type on a keyboard anymore after using Swype on my OG Droid for so long, and now on my G-Nex!

In my opinion slide it keyboard is the best...I think it's 5.99 in the market and a 15 day trial period
