Best ROM that I can load with RSD Lite

For some reason I can no longer root my phone. I would like to use the RSD Lite program to add a ROM. Which ROM would work best with this method.

I really need to get this thing to run faster.

You can only use RSD Lite to flash factory stock images provided by Motorola, custom ROM's will not flash through RSD Lite.
