What's the best sms app these days? My latest rom I flashed has some serious sms problems and I need a replacement. I've been using handsent for about a year and want something new.

My wife uses go SMS and she likes it. As for the problems try locking your SMS app in memory in your ROM's settings. That seems to clear up most problems. It keeps the app from being stopped I believe.

l Just started using gosms pro. Prior, I used handler, but l like this much more. It's similar to handset but more features and much more user friendly. l well also back up and/or restore all your texts and mms to your sd card.

I too use Go SMS Pro. I haven't been thrilled by any of the apps I've tried, but this one is the least annoying of them.
