Best Video Converter for D3?

Been having issues playing blu-ray rips on my D3 so I want to try using a video converter.
Anyone have any recommendations? Doesn't have to be freeware, would be nice but whatever really.

I use DVD Catalyst and it works great for me as well. Plus there support is great!
