Best way to back up contacts for Rooted?

What's the best way to back up contacts? I'm Going back to CM6 and last time had trouble putting in my contacts. What's the best method.

Also I'm on Windows 7.

Are your contacts not stores as Google contacts?

You have a Gmail acct to use your Google powered phone. Just make sure the contacts on your phone are also in Gmail when you login from a computer.
