Best Wireless PC Sync Application?

I've been using the Motorola Media Link to sync my Droid with my PC's multimedia, but I want to find an application that does the same thing except wirelessly. Is there a wireless sync application that allows you to sync your music, iTunes music playlist, pictures, videos, and other files?

No sync but I transfer files over my home network using FTPServer on the Droid and a FTP client like FileZilla on my laptop.
