Better photo editing app?

I'm looking for a better photo editing app than the one that's on 4.2.1. Either the crop feature is horrible, or I haven't figured out a trick to it yet. Anyone have anything they use other than stock that's preferably free?

I use Quickpic for gallery and edit.. Give it a look..

Snapseed is very good, Photo Studio is also good.

I wonder why Google changed the way the crop function worked with the stock editing app. The other one worked fine.
