Bionic is acting up today... More than normal.

I am listening to music using Winamp and i am going through some photos on my phone the all if a sudden it stops playing through the headphones and starts belting my music as loud as it can, i didn't know my phone could go that loud, then it switches right back to headphones and when I am making sure that they are in all the way it does it again and they are in all the way. I am rooted and bootstapped and stock on .893?

Edit: i am listening to a VBR MP3 at highest setting.
