Bionic Ringtones Play Only Once

I am having trouble. My ringtones for incoming calls only play once and then go silent. The call is still coming in but the ringtone stops at about half of the first ring. Please help.

If you are using a custom ringtone from a song or something, try selecting a standard ringtone and see if that makes a difference. All my standard ones work as expected.
