Black market problems

First off this rom is insane! But for some reason I can't get black market to work. I've tried installing a new apk but every time I reboot the regular green market comes back. Any help would be appreciated.

Post the link to the APK you are trying to install, and go into the Settings/Applications/Apps/Market and tell me what version you are currently running.

Sorry I don't know how to post the vending apk. But I've had it for awhile. I used it on fission. I just flashed liberty yesterday and its running 2.2.11

The reason it keeps "Going Green" is because it is trying to keep you on the new update. Go into settings/apps/market and uninstall up dates before going any further.
Make sure you grab the new version, 2.3.3 that is out. (attached)

When you install it, follow these steps:

Place it on your SD Card
-boot into recovery via clockworks bootstrap
-nandroid
-backup

-select "mounts and storage"
-select mount /system
-go back "powerbutton"
-select "install zip from sdcard"
-select "choose zip from sdcard"
-find and select BlackMarket.zip
-yes
-reboot

Thanks that updated it but now it keeps force closing. Any suggestions?

Tell me you made a backup, per my instructions? Before you restore, go into settings/apps/Market, and clear data/cache then force stop. Reboot (without opening market first). Upon boot, open market to see if it is ok. If not, restore to the backup i just had you make. Let me know how this goes.

Didn't work. Had to restore. By the way for some reason it wont let me uninstall market updater.
