Blackberry for 5 years & FIRST Droid today

Hey guys My name is Sherry and I just got a Droid Incredible today after having blackberries for 5 years. I have NO idea what in the world I'm doing, first of all. LOL. I keep seeing posts about "root". What does that mean? Gosh, this is going to be so hard to switch from Blackberry mode to Droid mode. I don't even know how to find the camera!dancedroid
