blank msg problem with mms picture mails.

Well I've scoured Google and this forum as well as the FAQs page, and can't find it. I've tried sending picture mail to my friends to no avail but when I send them to my wife who also has the Droid she gets them fine. I tried using picsay to reduce the size and everyone still recieves a blank message. I read a thread that said try handcent and everyone is still receiving a blank msg. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix?
