Blinking led light???

Ok so I have a Motorola Droid 1 and whenever i get a message or email my led never blinks I've tried handcent SMS and that still doesn't help out?? I just want my led to blink can anyone help?

in handcent try going to settings and then notification settings and then notification settings again. in there make sure that led is turned on and then at the top of the screen there should be an option to test notification, hit that and then before pressing ok lock the phone, the screen should turn off and the led should turn on. that is my default method of checking for a working led. has this been going on since you got the phone?

Check your settings. Open Handcent, tap menu, tap notification settings, scroll down and tap notification settings again, scroll down and make sure Blink LED is checked

I have tries that and still won't blink?...No whene I first got my phone it was working and I just stop blinking I don't know what happend, I think it stoped blinking after the 2.2 update

if the led doesnt blink even when you are in the test notification area, youre led may be broken.

like i said thats the way i always check because its a controlled situation. someone may have a better test but not me, sorry.
