block Delete/Close confirmation popups?

The constant "Do you really want to get rid of me?" popups after deleting each gallery picture or closing the Weather Channel app really get on my nerves. Is there a way to block them?

Root, and mention it to a dev. Personally I think most people want that second chance in case you make a mistake. But it's your phone do with it what you will.

Yes, I know exactly what action I want executed and see no need to confirm; I have long used a single click mouse action in Windows as well.

I believe the best option is for the devs to give a user an option in Settings to eliminate confirmations as some apps and programs already do.
