Blue Droid Razr

Ok when the white droid razr came out I was like "ok, a different color". Then they had the special edition verizon red again I was like "cool, ok". Then purple, and now blue and now I am like "way to go motorola and verizon that is how you string along an old product".


Dont get me wrong I think the razr is a nice device and the different colors are cool but how about just release all the colors now or allow customers to just go in and special order the razr/razr maxx in what ever color they want and just be done with it. Stop with this different color every month thing because now it is just getting ridiculous. We have companies releasing quad core phones and vzw is just releasing another color razr :blink:. If you are one of the people who want it in blue its available starting may 17th. And if you wait until July 4th you can get the red, white, and blue edition.

Reminds me a bit of the portable gaming industry. Take the Nintendo DS for instance, it released in white and was left that way for a couple months. Following soon was blue or black and now if you look the US consoles have about 7 or 8 different colors. Same product, different color, but there's someone out there waiting for a specific color

I have no problem with having different colors I guess I rather them just have a place on verizon or motorola website where you can order the color razr/razr maxx you want for those who want a certain color. That way you not stringing along the same phone while giving users options to choose a phone they can customize.

Believe it or not PC this is what gives a phone longevity in the market place. Thats why Nokia does it with their phones. The teen market loves this.....

Back when the first Razr came out my then tween daughter was dying for a pink Razr for Christmas. In her stocking she got--you guessed out--a pink razor.

Sucks to have a mom with a sense of humor.
