Blue tooth issues

Not sure if the phone or the bluetooth ear piece.
I have a Bluetrek Carbon.

When I turn on the Carbon, it connects right away.
But then in about 2 minutes it disconnects.
The reconnects in about 15 seconds,
Then disconnects in about 5 minutes. and
then repeats that process.

Any ideas/suggestions?
