I have an aftermarket bluetooth speaker (Blue Connect) installed in my car by the dealer. Unfortunately, it doesnt send voice instructions to phone, it only processes your commands from its own contact list and then instructs the phone to dial the number. It IS possible to inititate a call on the phone by selecting from its contact list and the bt speaker will handle the audio.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to initiate a call on the phone using Voice Command but the microphone on the phone must be disabled when connected to the bt speaker.
Is there a way to make the phone mic active during a Voice Command session?
