Bluetooth earpiece

Anyone have any suggestion for a good bluetooth earpiece for the Droid? I have a Motorola but there is an issue with it when i try to connect mid call for some reason.

Also is there an earpice where i can activate the voice dialing from the earpiece itself?

I've been using the 1st Gen Jawbone for about a year. It works pretty well, and I haven't had any issues when pairing it with the Droid. One minor complaint is that the buttons are stiff and are somewhat difficult to press while wearing.

I'm considering the newer Jawbone Prime b/c I need a BT earpiece that connects to 2 separate phones at the same time since I'm stuck with a work-mandated BB.

As of now the droid does not support voice dialing via bluetooth. It's a pretty big flaw.
